Damaged or defective products

If a product arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us with a description of the issue.

We will review each case and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the necessary guidance.

Product use and care

Some of our surgical simulation models are designed for drilling, cutting and other training procedures. Normal wear resulting from their intended use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Products should be handled and stored in accordance with any instructions provided.
